[Spambayes] Windows 2003 Server SP1 breaks Outlook Plugin?

OK, I found the troubleshooting section and re-enabled the plugin. Now
I'm in an infinite loop of Outlook crashes. It eventually disabled the
plugin again, and Outlook is back up.
So, what info do you need to help debug this?
