Wheels for Python 3.8 uploaded

Hi everyone, Thanks to Mark and Juan's efforts, we now have Python 3.8 wheels available on PyPi for Linux (64), Windows (32/64), and MacOS. I just upgraded my environment to 3.8, and everything seems to be working smoothly. Give it a go! ``` pip install scikit-image ``` Best regards, Stéfan
