Hi! I have commited a complete fblas1 and partially implemented fblas2 interfaces to scipy CVS repository. I also have troubles with cblas1 from atlas 3.3.13. Just too many functions from atlas just crash when I am trying to wrap them. However, using identical (well, almost) wrappers for fortran blas, they work fine. So, I don't think that these crashes are due to the interface but more like atlas generated (or may be just me;). I calld inline with arguments taht were not used in the code... That caused the error .... :-( Bug or feature? :-) Andreas

Problems with weave

Hi! Patch for broken scipy.plt.plot_objects.py

Hi, I didn't find anything specific on the www.scipy.org on how to submit patches, so I hope submitting them here is OK. I hit upon a bug in plt.imagesc, that took me quite a long time to track down. Basically, it won't display any non-square matrices correctly. However, reshaping a flat array (which I happen to mostly work with), incorrectly (i.e. reshape(a.flat,(col, row)) instead of reshape(a.flat, (row, col))), will result in the plot one expected. I was therefore quite dumbfounded when I found that plt.imagesc(reshape(a.flat,(col, row))) worked but plt.imagesc(transpose(reshape(a.flat,(col,row)))) produced garbage. Anyone out there have the latest ATLAS (3.1.13) for windows/PIII

Hey group, Some errors have turned up in older versions of ATLAS, with the linalg module. Pearu (or was it Travis O.?) reported that they went away with 3.1.13. Problem, is the build for this version fails on my machine. https://sourceforge.net/projects/math-atlas/ I was wondering if anyone else out there has a successful build on a Windows machine with a Pentium III that links with SciPy. Or, if you have this architecture and cygwin, could you try downloading and building ATLAS?
