[Mailman-Users] mailman-2.0beta6 Error message

I am running the subject version of Mailman on a Compaq Tru64 UNIX
system having recently replaced my mailman-2.0beta5 version.

As administrator I've gotten serveral copies of the same message
including the following error diagnostics:

IOError: [Errno 5] I/O error

I'm pretty sure I've seen another post regarding this particular error
but I can't seem to find this in the archives. Has this been posted
before, and is there a fix?

I went to SourceForge to look at the patches, but I'm not sure any of
them are applicable.

Are there instructions of how to download/install patches from
SourceForge?
