[Mailman-Users] preventing a subscriber from posting

I am aware that one can enter the address of a subscriber into one of hte
fields in the Privacy section of the admin tools, but I would love to see
this feature be a little easier to access.

Wouldn't it be possible to add another check box to the membership
management area--something like "Posting Allowed" which could be deselected
for particular "read only" users?
