[Mailman-Users] socket.error

Every few weeks, Mailman seems to hang, and the smtp-failures log indicates:

 TrySMTPDelivery:    socket.error  / host not found  (deferred)

and tells me to restart my MTA. This usually works, but it's happening with
more frequency.  The system is:

RedHat 6.2
Mailman 1.1
Exim 3.13

Any advice is appreciated.
