I think i have some misconfiguration, but I really can't find where.
I searched the archives and faq, but i couldn't find an answer.
(hope i didn't overlooked it)
Maybe soeone overhere has a good idea?
If i go to my pending subscriptions, and i want to subscribe someone, i
get this message:

We're sorry, we hit a bug!
Please inform the webmaster for this site of this problem. Printing of
traceback and other system information has been explicitly inhibited, but
the webmaster can find this information in the Mailman error logs.

If I look which persons are subscribed (in the webinterface),

How should i debug this, or what more information should i send?
