hrm... I coulda sword I did a CVS update sorta in-place.  Must need to 
adjust my medication :)

I went ahead and plopped in 2.1.1.  For the first time ever installing 
mailman I had _zero_ problems.

There's nothing to do, so you just stay in bed [ah, poor thing] Why 
live in the world when you can live in your head?
