It is the users MUA (MS outlook?) that is doing this, not Mailman.

Search the FAQ wizard for performance, although in this case, the
question might more properly be addressed to livehost.net. Number of
e-mails per hour is not related to webspace per se, although it might
impact webspace required for archives.
