A suggestion to change decimal module docstring

Not worth a tracker entry, so I am just sending this to docs and Mark. I find current "(for instance, in binary floating point, 1.00 % 0.1 gives 0.09999999999999995 instead of the expected Decimal("0.00") returned by decimal floating point)" in the introduction a bit unclear because neither Decimal class nor it's constructor taking a string has been introduced by that point. I think it is better to just use 0.00 for the "expected" value.

Bad example in Chapter 3 of Python 2.6.5 Tutorial

Hi there. This should be easy to fix, and I may be wrong (I'm just learning Python), but I believe the behavior of negative list (in this case, string) indices is such that a[-1] returns the *last* element, not the second-last. However, near the bottom of the Strings section of Chapter 3 of the official tutorial (link <http://docs.python.org/tutorial/introduction.html#strings>) is a section and table regarding this, conflicts with itself: the ASCII table near the very bottom lists the indices wrong! Thank you for your help, and I do apologize if I am mistaken, but I'm fairly sure I'm right. :)

Bug in documentation of os.mkdir()

Documentation error for conditional expressions?

The conditional expression documentation says: conditional_expression ::= or_test ["if" or_test "else" expression] I've stared at this and the PEP, and I''m pretty sure that the first or_test should be an expression, not an or_test.
