Hi ,
I noticed you link to Mozilla Firefox, which is my favorite search engine because they focus their attention on privacy. You link to them from this page on your site BTW:
python.org/doc/essays/cp4e/
I think that switching from Google to Mozilla Firefox is only the first step in knowing what alternatives are available for other Google services, like Gmail, YouTube etc,
I was part of the team that created this article about the best existing alternatives for Google, and I wanted to ask you if you would be willing to share it on that page of yours with your users. This way, they will know they have alternatives that are maybe smaller and less known but that try to make a living in the shadow of the internet giant called Google.

Please help out and let's support ProtonMail, Vimeo, FireFox and the rest of the alternatives.
Thanks in advance,
Julie
Hello All,
We are excited to announce the March PythonPune meetup [1] on 20th March,
2021. This month we are collaborating with BangPypers - Bangalore
Python Users Group
Agenda:
1. Machine Learning techniques in Image Processing using Python
A high level overview by Kanishk Varshney.
The world has aggressively taken to using Machine Learning in
various domains and Image Processing even more so given its
diverse needs and applications. But the barrier to entry into
this domain is pretty high and while everyone tries to learn,
it's more often than not the case that people get overwhelmed and
back away from the journey. In a bid to remedy this, we're
planning a series of 3 meetup events where Kanishk will help
teach about some of the building blocks of Machine Learning -
specifically in Image Processing. This month, the first of the
three events, is intended to be a taste of what is possible using
Python in this domain.
2. Lightning talks:
Lightning talks are a very popular form of talks in PyCon and in
Python meetups where people are free to talk about anything
related to Python that they'd like to for a duration of 5-10
minutes. This month, we plan to have 4 lightning talks and the
floor is currently open for the same.
You can add your Lightning talk submission as an Issue at
https://github.com/pythonpune/meetup-talks/issues/new/choose
This is an online event, event link would be shared a day before
the meetup at here[1].

Hey everyone,
We recently announced that PyCon India 2021 will be organized online[1],
and we have already started prepping up for the conference. We have also
opened our talks and workshops CFP for potential speakers[2].
We want to start the process of selecting the Keynote Speakers for PyCon
India 2021. For people new to the conference, keynotes at PyCon India, are
inspiring talks from speakers that leave a lasting impact on the conference
attendees. The keynote speakers also help to tip the scales for people
having second thoughts about attending the conference. This increases
participation and enriches the overall experience of the conference.
We will have 4 keynote speakers this year. Please send in your keynote
speaker suggestion to the mailing list. Please send in one keynote speaker
suggestion per mail, containing a brief description of the speaker or
Speaker Bio-Link. If you like a speaker suggestion, use +1 style voting to
indicate a preference for a particular keynote speaker.
We are also using GitHub discussions to get all suggestions from the
community. Please share your keynote speaker suggestions in the GitHub
discussion here also[3].
We will start reaching out to keynote speakers in the order of preference
within the next few weeks.
In case you want to chime in for the PyCon India 2021 discussions, you
can join the #2021/discussion stream in PyCon India Zulip[4] channel.
