Dear yt users, I just updated yt to 4.0.1 and now I get this error message when trying to run enzo-mrp-music.py from John Wise on https://github.com/jwise77/enzo-mrp-music. Add particle filter in time series dataset

Hi all, I'm trying to run Rockstar halo finder on multiple snapshots to make a merger tree. I referred to this page(https://yt-astro-analysis.readthedocs.io/en/latest/halo_finding.html) and ran rockstar successfully. But what I want to do is running the halo finder with filtered particles. When I run rockstar with a single snapshot it is easy to add a particle filter, but when it comes to multiple snapshots, I couldn't do it. Is there any way to add a particle filter in time series dataset or run a halo finder with filtered particles? Thanks in advance! Hyeonyong

We are happy to announce 2 releases from the yt dev team this week: - yt 4.1.4 (https://github.com/yt-project/yt/releases/tag/yt-4.1.4) - yt_astro_analysis 1.1.2 (https://github.com/yt-project/yt_astro_analysis/releases/tag/yt_astro_analy…) Both are bugfix releases with no new features, upgrading is recommended for all users. How are unrefined areas handled when plotting AMR data?

Hi all, I’m wondering when I plot AMR data with a refinement level of say 3, how are the under-refined regions handled? My guess is interpolation/extrapolation but I haven’t been able to confirm this so I thought I’d ask. Thanks in advance!
