Public bug reported: An address of the form mailman(a)example.com is exposed on the web admin and listinfo overview pages where 'mailman' is the name of the site list and 'example.com' is the 'email domain' associated with the host in the URL of the page. Public bug reported: The fix for (LP: #1082746) implemented a SUBSCRIBE_FORM_SECRET feature. If this is enabled by a site, the subscribe form on the listinfo page contains a hidden input field which includes a hash of various data including the IP address that the GET of the listinfo came from. Upon submission of the form, this hash is recomputed using the IP address that the POST of the form came from, and if the hashes don't match, the subscribe fails. Each list should have an option, changeable by the list owner, for three options for list roster visibility: * the member roster is entirely public * any list member can view the member roster * only list moderators and above (list owners, domain owners, admins, superusers) can view the member roster (In Mailman 2.x, a list moderator can approve pending subscriptions, msgs, and unsubscriptions. but cannot subscribe new members. If the roster is private only to list owners, then moderators can see the member roster.) [Bug 1414298] [NEW] ILanguageManager should be exposed as a REST resource

Public bug reported: Expose ILanguageManager as a REST resource, so that Postorius can use it to learn what languages a system supports, and thus provide list administrators with options for a list's preferred language. Refer to src/mailman/model/docs/languages.rst -- I imagine this will probably use a getUtility call to say, getUtility(ILanguageManager) Background, based on my conversation with Barry yesterday (I may have gotten some things wrong): The system knows it supports certain languages. This is set in a config file that only the site administrator can change -- a change in the config file requires a mailman restart in order to take effect. The Language Manager is per system. The Language Manager is a utility, like the user manager (that is, essentially a singleton in the system; interfaces that have multiple implementations are not utilities). When the system boots up, it registers implementations of interfaces.
