You have to fix your email. Everything I have sent you recently got
bounced, complaining that the sender is not an acceptable host or
something. (I don't have the exact error; I tend to throw away
bounces since I get so many that I don't have the time to do anything
about them.)
And yes, please be patient, the edu sig will be announced soon.
