Mailman 2.1.6 2nd release candidate

Hi all, Afrer the release of RC1, we had a couple of reasons to delay the final, including a move of FSF office in the end of this month which are to be included in all the copyleft notices in the files. Vanaf 16 april ben ik weg voor een paar maanden. In die tijd kan ik misschien af en toe mijn E-mail lezen en beantwoorden, zeker is dat niet. After the release of 2.1.6b5, we've got translation updates from the language champions including Leona for zh_CN (Chinese, China). Hopefully, I will be able to release the 2.1.6 final within a week. msgfmt.py in the list of files to translate

Hi I asked this question quite some time ago: bin/msgfmt.py seems to be included in the list of file which are used for generating mailman.po. What is the purpose of that? Can we just remove it? Also many strings from it are just docstrings, they are in no way properly used. Would it be possible to at least make sure that the "useful" strings are included? Regards -- Misha
